Thank you for visiting our website. The Co-op City Tennis Club, which has been around for more than 20 years, was founded in 1983 by Milton Alexander. Although the club was originally promoted for adults, he recognized its potential to provide local youngsters a wonderful way to develop their interest in the game of Tennis. Milton ran his adult tournaments from 1983 through 1996, but he began focusing on the need and importance of serving the youth in the community. Over the years, Milton and Lorraine Alexander teamed up to help realize that vision. |
